In response to the changing needs of the adults and seniors we serve, we provide a wide range
of home care services, from companionship to personal hygiene and safety assistance. Whatever your care needs, we will provide you with a compassionate, skilled, licensed, and experienced home health aide.
Colonial Home Care is available 24/7 as a live-in or hourly service for adults and seniors who need personal care. Our CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants)/Home Health Aids are all fully trained, screened, certified, and licensed through Virginia State's Board of Nursing. They are available to assist with all personal care needs and activities of daily living. Our registered nurse will conduct an in-depth, complimentary, detailed assessment of each new patient. With this information, an individualized care plan is created, taking into account the patient's social, physical, and emotional needs. By screening and matching, we will provide you with a CNA/Home Health Aid unique to the personality of you or your loved one. Much attention goes into this selection and screening process to ensure success.
