Three Requirements
- Served minimum of 90 days of active duty, one day during wartime, with an Honorable Discharge
- Medical Condition - Confirmed by physician's diagnosis; not driving
- Financial Limitations - Income & Assets concerning Medical Expenses that demonstrate the need for the pension
